After 5 long, treacherous, jealousy filled years, it really, truly happened.
I GOT AN iPHONEEEEEEE!
You guys don't even understand how stupidly exciting this is for me. Sure, I'm a Mac (and MAC!) fanatic, but that's not even it. This phone just looked like awesome sauce from the moment it came out. While I had AT&T at the time, it just wasn't an option on my waitress/bartender salary.
Then I met Scot, who had Verizon, and I switched over. (Because, hi, text messaging is what our relationship was founded on and Verizon to Verizon = free text messaging. Plus their service was better.)
Then the iPhone came out for Verizon, but I was nowhere near my upgrade time. And while I was dying for it, it wasn't worth $800. (Well it was, but, you know, eating and paying bills sort of won that fight.)
AND THEN. Then I was eligible for my upgrade on July 23rd. Which was Saturday.
Guess who totally (gladly) suffered through a mini-hangover while in the Verizon store two days ago at 9am?
Yep. THIS GIRL.
Alas, my true love and I have be united at long last. It's magical.
Anyone else get stupid excited for new toys?

LMAO Fiance just ditched his iPhone for a Droid and he was soooo excited to get his Droid. Haha.

Lol! My best friend works at Verizon and tried soooo hard to get me to get an iPhone but I settled for the Droid. And I love it. ;)
Maybe someday I'll convert!
