Now as I'm sure you all know, February 2nd was National Crepe Day.
But my friend KH did, since she lived in France for a while!
So she decided to host a little belated National Crepe Day brunch. We had some tasty quiche and Waldorf-style salad for our main course, and then made our own crepes for dessert!
How delish does HK's crepe look?! Nutella, chocolate and berries? Yes please!
Of course there was some bubbly action..
I have no idea what's in either of these.
..and some good food and friends.
I absolutely need to snatch her crepe recipe, because they were so freaking tasty. Especially with nutella and raspberries.. mmm I'm fantasizing about it right now!
There really needs to be more days dedicated to delicious food.. I vote for Mac n' Cheese day. What do you think?!

Crepes with Nutella are better than sex. I said it. There is a crepe stand in Bethesda and omg they make them right there and have tons of yummy fillings and I love them so much. I think I'd be too scared to make them at home (I hear it's a very fine art).

Mac and Cheese day would be the best day EVER! I'm not even joking. I had a crepe once in Paris with nutella and that was 5 years ago and I still dream about it to this day. Sigh. I wish I was brave enough to attempt them.

Mac n' cheese is seriously my weakness - pasta schmeh... but MAC N CHEESE OMG STOP EVERYTHING YUM!
