Since I already tagged some of you fine people earlier and many of you have also been tagged by others, I'll leave it at this for now. If you never got my original tag, check out the link above to see my questions and please answer them! I love learning more about everyone!
1. What is a gross food that you really like? (Like pigs feet, or pickled eggs, sardines, liver, etc.)
I used to loveeee pickled herring when I was younger, up until about age 10. I haven't really eaten it since then, but I'm pretty sure I'd still lick the plate clean if you gave me some.
2. If you didn't have to worry about money, what would be your dream job?
Well, I would say a dancer, but I already attempted that and it didn't work out so well. So I would say.. a professional learner, as lame as that sounds. I would be happy taking classes in anything and everything, even if it's just for my own knowledge. Examples: cooking, graphic design, guitar, physical therapy, math, cosmetology. Everything!! Note to self: should have married a billionaire.
^ Not a billionaire.
3. What is the lamest thing you've ever been for Halloween? Nurse A was a chick magnet last year, which teeters on the fine line between lame and extremely awesome.
Lol @ the chick magnet, I kind of love it.
I suppose my lamest costume would be a "sexy" bunny my freshman year of college. I ran out of ideas and saw a $5.99 set of bunny ears and a tail at Rite Aid. Add a black mini skirt, tight black shirt, and some knee highs, and there you have it. A totally generic lame-o costume. If you want a picture.. use your imagination. Not hard.
4. Do you have any signed books? What are they, and what's the story behind them?
I have "Bitter is the New Black" by Jen Lancaster signed. But I didn't realize it was signed until after I bought it and opened it and saw that it was, indeed, signed. She visited my local B&N a few days earlier and I guess they had leftover signed books.. hooray!
And I know this isn't a book, but I have a copy of the Movin' Out program signed by the lead dancers (John Selya and Elizabeth Parkinson) and one of the corps members from back in 2003.. the woman in the corps (Jill Nicklaus) is a family friend and hooked us up after the show!
Jill Nicklaus on left, John Selya on right
A little coin purse that I use to put my rings in when I give massages, my Kindle (always!), and hand sanitizer. Must stay germ free!
6. What is one thing that never fails to make you feel better after a long or hard day?
Would it be terrible to say a glass of wine? Because that always helps. Also, my bed. Just lying in it for a few minutes does wonders.. love memory foam mattresses!
7. What is a weird subcategory on your Netflix movie suggestions?
The one I remember seeing was "Romantic Comedies with a Strong Female Lead" or something similar.. after I watched "Confessions of a Shopaholic." Heh.
8. And, because I'm the Amateur Wife, what is the one household chore that you either hate to do or are really bad at doing?
Well, I seriously suck at vacuuming. Thank goodness Scot is so good at it ;) And I really hate cleaning the bathroom.. it skeeves me out when I find pieces of hair, even my own hair.. blech, gross.
