This is an AMAZING deal if you need any kind of primping or pampering, and I just want to double the rave reviews for Parlour Salon on U Street.. I have been there frequently and have had my hair cut by Abbey, whom I absolutely love; the only bummer is that their Hot on Yelp special only applies to new clients. Sad face.
