So I bought six of them!
(The two larger frames were $6 a peice and the four smaller ones were $4..
6 frames for a grand total of $28!)
This actually wasn't an impulse buy.. I've been on the lookout for several, different sized frames for a while now. For one, you can never have too many pictures frames (right?). For two.. I'm totally in love with the idea of a gallery wall in the new house!
I first started seeing these on several of the blogs I follow, such as Amanda's over at Love and Renovations.
Then I started noticing them e v e r y w h e r e.. namely Pinterest.
I'm definitely leaning more towards classic black frames with mostly black and white photos. Such a clean, classy, artsy look!
But I think my favorite inspiration photo has to be this one:
Well, lucky for me, our new living room has.. drumroll..
..a fireplace! With a mantle!!
Perfect. My idea is to emulate the gallery shelf on the mantle with the picture frames I bought. I have no idea what pictures to put in there yet, but I think I have more than enough to choose from. ;)
I even picked up two wooden S's while at Michael's that I'm sure I can paint and incorporate in there somehow, a la Amanda's gallery wall (above).
I have no idea how we'll decorate the rest of the house, but hey, we've got one

I die for these walls... I started slowly with my pink collage wall in my kitchen, and plan to add to it with time and eventually cover the entire wall. Good times!
I loveeee the mantle one! It's going to look awesome!!
Decorating takes FOREVER. haha. We are still working on ours. But I love that look!!
We have a similar wall in our living room. Not quite as cool looking, but since I did it about 5 years ago, I like to think I was ahead of the trend. (c; We have our wall filled with vacation photos. I smile every time I walk by it.
I absolutely the massing of pictures on the wall. When I finally have a place I am going to do something similar!
